After experiencing my sixth miscarriage, I stopped and really asked myself what I was supposed to do with this pain. What did this all mean? I went through my own healing journey. I evaluated what was really important to me and who I wanted to be after this. How was I going to live a life that my angel babies would be proud of? I learned how to work through my anxieties and my depression. I learned the importance of being vulnerable and allowing myself to be seen and heard. And most importantly, I learned who the new version of myself was after my losses. I became more present in my relationships with my husband and my children and found my vibrancy again. I started rising back into my life.

A miscarriage is a unique type of grief and can fundamentally change you. You may be asking yourself who you are now? Who will I be after such immense pain? This course will help you find clarity in who you are and how to move forward while holding space for your grief.

Trauma from a miscarriage can make you question what is important to you and what your values are. In this course you will learn what your values are and how you can live in those values in order to rediscover yourself and your joy.

How to connect with your emotions, your grief, your partner, your friends and your career.
In this course you are going to learn how to reconnect with who you are and what makes you special. You will learn how to love your body. You will be able to identify when emotions are arising and what is triggering those emotions and the tools to help you work through those emotions.

Grief and trauma can affect all aspects of your life. When we don’t acknowledge our pain and try to sweep it under the rug, it will inevitably show up later in our lives. Science has shown that when we don’t heal, we can experience anxiety, PTSD, depression, intrusive thoughts, sleep problems, health issues and so much more. And honestly, I know this is true from my own experience. I ignored the pain and just kept moving on to “when can I try to get pregnant again?”. It wasn’t until I started experiencing anxiety and problems in my personal and professional life that I realized that I need to work on my own healing. When we work on our own healing, we can show up better for ourselves, our loved ones and our future family, however that may look for you.

This course isn’t easy. It isn’t easy to acknowledge the pain and feel all of our emotions. There will be times when you want to quit and that’s ok. But by the time you finish this course, you will feel like you understand your grief. You will know that you have the tools to handle waves of grief when they hit. You will feel love and respect for yourself and your body and know that you are more than your loss. When you finish this course you will start to feel glimpses of joy and vibrancy again and if you continue using the tools that you learn in this course, you will continue to feel more and more joy.

Healing work is hard and emotional and can’t be rushed. Please take the time to really work through each session and feel all the emotions that will arise. I usually recommend completing a session once a week and using the rest of the week to complete the homework. There may be parts of the session that won’t hit you until a few days later, so give yourself that time to decompress.

Each course session has a 10-15 minute video pertaining to a healing topic. You will be asked questions about yourself and to do introspective work. You will be given a homework sheet and an area to take notes about what you are experiencing and learning. Along with all of this, you will have access to my eBook, as well as other resources.
